It Doesn't Get More Authentic Than This

There's nothing I love more than Mexi food.  Ask me what I'd like to eat and the answer will always be Mexican.  Not any Mexi though, Authentic Hole-in-the-Wall Mexi Only. Yesterday on the way home we passed by a sign boasting "The Best Mexican Food in Town". The outside appearance of the building met my "hole-in-the-wall" standards, so we stopped in. 

It was out of this world Amazing.  We ordered chips and salsa with guacamole ($3.50) and were served a huge platter of freshly fried, warm, crunchy chips slathered in cheese, topped with perfectly seasoned pico de gallo, and neon green guac (the neon green part was a little strange but none the less Delicious). All of the plates that followed were delectable.

This place is a treasure and will be added as a Must Stop on our Central Oregon travels.  It's not often I'll hand out a "Real Authentic Mexican food" nod of approval, but this place is one of the most Authentic Mexi spots I've encountered.
