| Tristen returns from holiday with his dad, with This. |
I went to grab my face wash this morning, and my hand picked up a big fat tube of something that was NOT my face wash. I looked down and found in my hand, a bottle of Neutrogena ~ for Men. For Men, concerned with Acne. Since when are Eleven year old boys, MEN??! And since when has Tristen become concerned with Acne? This whole tween thing throws this mama for a loop every other day.
I'm now in a dumbfounded loss of words this fine Monday morning, so I will leave you with photos of our drive from Portland, over the Grand Mt. Hood, to my "Hometown", Bend Oregon, this past Thanksgiving weekend..
Those gorgeous, endless, bright blue skies... Whether it snows, pours, is 12 degrees, or 88 degrees, that blue vibrant sky peeks through almost every day it seems ~ for as far as your eye can see, until your eye runs smack into Mountain Range upon Mountain Range. I might be biased, but ooooh, it's just beautiful.

Can I just live here! It would be a lot more peaceful. It sounds like T is keeping you out of the loop on hygiene and puberty stuff. I would at least tell him to warn you of such products.
wow, beautiful pictures! I usually get to go skiing in New Mexico, but I can't make it this year. I guess I'll just have to check in with you to see pretty winter wonderland pictures :)
Such pretty pictures, the one with the water is just stunning. Oh boy.. tweens. A tween boy. At least he is taking care of skin, right?? :)

Kids are getting older earlier and earlier aren't they?? I wish they came with a "slow the heck down" button!
Your pictures are just breathtaking...they are almost too perfect to be real. I have never seen such a site with my own eyes. And T, WOAH, he needs to let Momma in on this stuff....strap on a seat belt sister!!

Oh, boys. Teenage boys. good luck.
I miss snow! :( gorgeous pics!
Shhh don't tell, but Austin is 32 and still struggles with the acne. I love your pictures of the mountain. We enjoyed our time in Gresham SO much. Have you ever been to McMenamins Edgefield? We went while we were there and man, that place was amazing! Oh and btw (random fact) we're thinking about Portland (or Bend) over Seattle when Austin is done with the Coast Guard in a few years. Maybe we can be neighbors? :)
I want to frame these pics and I agree 12 year olds are not men
