pardon the interruption: there's a blog party!

Lovely Little Things

From Blog Life to Real Life.
10 Questions.
10 Answers.

Numero Uno:
Do you have real life blog friends?
Yes!  Mindy from Rindy Mae is a life long personal friend of Rhett's whom I've had the pleasure of knowing for a few years now, and her blog is really the first blog I ever read ~ before I even knew what blogging was. And of course, Tiffany from In My Hindsight and Heidi, from Hawt Mama, my fabulous RL co-workers.  It's because of our You blog-I'll blog-We'll blog Pact, that I started my blog.

Numero Dos:
Which blogger are you just dying to meet?
Blair from Atlantic-Pacific .  In all honestly, I don't really even need to meet her.  I would be content to just sit outside her home and watch her come and go day after day so I could feast my eyes on her CLOTHING.  OMYGAD.  I could never wear what she wears, cause I'm short and stubby curvy, and she's so petite and slender, but her CLOTHES, and the way she puts together an outfit...  Talent.  Pure Art.

Numero Tres:
Which blogger's closet do you want to raid?
Megan from The Frugalista Diaries.  No doubt about it.  She's 5'2, like me, and wears heels almost always, like me, and her style is real-life-wearable.  Fantastic AND doable on a real life budget and lifesytle.  If I could break into her closet and take it all, without incurring a felony charge, I would.

Numero Cuatro:
You are stuck on an island,
Which blogger would you want with you to help you survive?

Surviving is subjective.  I don't need someone to make me a fire.  I need someone to make me laugh and forget that I am stuck on an island.  I also need someone who is ghetto fabulous and adapt at improvising to any given situation.

For that reason, I choose Elizabeth Jayne Liu from Flourish In Progress

See.
See how she just sees things and turns them around?
I would need that to survive.
she started this post with that pic.

Numero Cinco:
The first blogger you remember "meeting" and connecting with?
Without hesitation, Dusty from Girls Love Fried Pickles and Janae from Object of Maya*Affection.

What can I say about Dusty. The girl's bad ass.  She's cool.  She's ridiculously funny.  She's got style.  She'd punch someone in the face if I asked her too.  And so would I for her.  No questions asked.    How do I know this?  Someone once rained on one of my posts, and she said, and Rhett often references, that she'd help me out with a fist full of balloons. I loved her before that, and I loved her more after.  She's my blog girl, would-be home girl, if we had the same home-town.

Janae was the first person to ever reach out to me and encourage me to keep on bloggin', and it's all kinds of crazy all the things we have in common.  She always randomly encourages me, and I'm lucky to have met her out here in blog world.

Numero Seis:
Any blogger you look up to and admire?
Ashley from the Shine Project is darn inspirational.  She's taken her dreams and vision and created something to be extremely proud of. Her "We all have our ducks" post really spoke to me.

Numero Siete:
Who is the craziest/funniest blogger?

Lacie from Leather & Lace.  This girl makes me roll.  Her stories kill me.  Read THIS.  Tell me you didn't die laughing.

Numero Ocho:
There's a reality television show for bloggers,
who would you want to be casted with you?
There is absolutely no way, ever, that anyone would Ever cast me in a reality television show.  So basically, this question does not apply to me.  BUT.  If I was on one, I would want it to be with all the girls I actively follow and converse with over in twitterville cause it'd be so fun to be in a room full of all of them!

Numero Nueve:
Some bloggers have really cool jobs,
anybody you'd like to swap careers with?
The stay-at-home mom's.  I'd like to swap careers with one of them.
As "fulfilling" as sitting at a desk all day is,
and knowing that I can kick some serious arse in an accounting duo,
I would like to be home and taking care of my kiddo,
and making dinner.  And growing a garden.
And refurbishing some furniture.

Numero Diez:
Favorite blog design:
Marion from Marionberry Style recently face-lifted her blog and I <3 it.
Clean.  Crisp.  Fresh.
easy to navigate.
Love it!

That's it!
I'm already getting tweets telling me to check out her and her and her!
excited to join the link up and party!
{i'll pop around this weekend,
the "15th" is killing me this week at work!}
