It's Tippy Tuesday!

the power of a mirror

Do you have a small space that seems to collapse on you and triggers claustrophobia?  Do you wish it seemed bigger and rather than feeling like four walls were  trapping you in, everywhere you looked there was depth?  I have an idea for you.

Today's Tippy Tuesday Tip:

Utilize Mirrors, many many mirror of different shapes and sizes to bring a small space depth and to create interesting reflections that reach beyond the four walls.

My powder room is 33 inches [yes, inches] by 80 inches.  We're talking less than 3 feet by 6 feet.  Take a look at how each mirror reflects another mirror, which reflects a different area of the space, and even  reflects completely outside of the space into the living area! Not only does it add depth, and allows you to "see" the entire other side of the room while looking one direction; light reflects off each mirror, creating  added brightness to the entire room.

the television in the living room can be seen in this mirror!

whatcha think?  are you sold on many many mirrors in a small space?

I love it! Really makes the room look bigger. :)

I really like that first poster too - about happiness being a way of life. Very inspiring thought!
