WIW ~ On The Way Out The Door

Being the logical, literal Virgo that I am, when I first discovered What I Wore Wednesday's, in true Makaila fashion, I thought I must show exactly what I wore on Wednesday. I'm such a dork.  But.  Today, this is what I am wearing today ~ Wednesday, January 4th, 2012!   My Bird snapped these on my phone {while he was balancing on a skateboard, thus the fuzzy low quail and fiery eyed pics} on the way out the door this morning so I can prove that I HAVE gotten myself out of my hoodie.  ;)  

And because I get uper duper excited when I make something and can't resist my proudness.. I snapped these in the car before I hopped the stairs up to my office so I could show off my handmade scarf to you!

some very simple stitch i learned when I was 13
with a dark gray and light gray yarn.

it's an "infinity" scarf!

just one big loop, looped up twice

as i sat in my car snapping pics of myself

[haha. i'd love to know what a passerbyer woulda thought of that]

i was mesmerized by this tree. 

as apparent here,

i am just enthralled by mother natures shedding of it's leaves.

i find it so fascinating. 

there is a lot of amazing detail going on in the making and growth of a tree,

i Love seeing the glamour behind the leaves.

truly a piece of God's great Art.
